But tremendous variations in scale based on clients’ fluctuating needs meant that sometimes human recruiters were operating at maximum capacity. I was very apprehensive because we are associate focused as an organization. As its first project, Integrity Staffing Solutions focused on leveraging Voice AI Recruiter Jamie to pre-screen candidates for just a few customers. Whild Todd may have been apprehensive at first, Jamie’s abilities quickly alleviated his fears.

Adding a Voice AI Recruiter to the team was a smooth, quick process. Once Jamie was active, teams just had to upload the job description and assign the job to Jamie. Jamie automatically developed a conversational framework customized to the role, without needing a human to develop questions or do any additional work. Rollout was easy and fast, and Jamie was able to make phone calls within minutes of receiving an application.

It was one of the smoothest processes. It was just like flipping a switch.

Todd wanted to make sure Integrity Staffing Solutions was sticking to their associate-first model and that associates had a good experience, so he listened to some conversations Jamie had with associates. He was impressed right out of the gate. “The experience for our associate was phenomenal. The conversations are eloquent, really good in-depth conversations. It’s transformed our operations.”

Jamie rapidly accelerated the entire process, from application to placement. For example, within one minute of applying for a job, Jamie had contacted a candidate, asked them everything the pre-screeners would, and invited the candidate to complete onboarding paperwork. Jamie then passed the candidate over to a human recruiter, who had the candidate assigned to a job.

While Jaime helps identify candidates that are interested and qualified for the job, and can do that at record scale, the hiring decisions are left to the recruiters, giving Integrity Staffing Solutions more time to build strong relationships with candidates.

The candidate was assigned a role within an hour and a half of applying, and that’s just one of many examples we’ve seen at scale.
